About The Cover

Pimi induces cleavage of caspase-3 in G2/M and aneuploid cells but cell death is not blocked by pan-caspase inhibition. Cells co-treated for 48 hours with either DMSO, Pim-ci or Pimi and 20 μM of the pan-caspase inhibitor QVD-OPH were harvested and stained with propidium iodide (PI) and analyzed by FACS as well as cytospun onto glass slides, labeled with cleaved caspase-3 and analyzed by immunofluorescence.
